Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Notice
Version 1.0 — Effective as of March 2026
Arkano.online is an AI-assisted symbolic guidance service developed and operated by Skycode.today. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other US state privacy regulations, Skycode.today is the controller of the personal data processed through this platform.
Data Contact: contact@arkano.online
Arkano.online is a platform for personalized symbolic analysis that uses a proprietary methodology developed entirely by Skycode.today. The service combines artificial intelligence with proprietary symbolic interpretation systems exclusively owned by the controller.
The analyses generated are symbolic, reflective, and advisory in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The table below presents the personal data we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and its visibility to the user:
| Data | Purpose | User Visibility |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Identity verification via one-time code (OTP); prevention of automated abuse | Never displayed after verification; stored as an irreversible anonymous identifier |
| Full name | Personalization of the symbolic analysis and session identification | Visible to the user during the session |
| Date of birth | Generation of the personalized symbolic analysis | Not displayed directly |
| Time of birth | Refinement of the symbolic analysis (optional) | Not displayed directly |
| City of birth | Astrological positioning and analysis enrichment (optional) | Not displayed directly |
| Questions submitted | Composition and contextualisation of the reading | Visible to the user during the session |
| Reading results | Delivery of the requested service | Visible to the user |
| Payment information | Processing credit purchases via Stripe | Processed exclusively by Stripe — not stored by Arkano.online |
All data is actively provided by the user during the consultation flow. No information is collected covertly or automatically without the user's knowledge.
The processing of personal data on Arkano.online is based on the following grounds:
Arkano.online does not use traditional account registration with passwords. User identity is verified via a one-time code (OTP) sent to the provided email address, with the sole purpose of confirming that access is being made by a real person and preventing automated or abusive use of the platform.
The email address is used exclusively for this verification and for transactional communications directly related to your account (such as purchase confirmations). Your original email address is stored in anonymised form — an irreversible cryptographic hash — so that the system can recognise returning users without retaining the address in readable format.
We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Any future change to this practice will be communicated through an update to this Policy and will require your explicit consent.
Credit purchases are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Arkano.online does not store, transmit, or have access to your card number, CVV, or any other sensitive payment data. All payment information is handled directly between your browser and Stripe's secure servers.
A payment reference ID is stored on our side solely to confirm credit delivery after a successful transaction. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Skycode.today adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. All communication between the user and the platform is conducted over an encrypted, secure connection (TLS/HTTPS).
The specific technical safeguards implemented are maintained as operational trade secrets and part of the platform's intellectual property.
The symbolic analysis methodology of Arkano.online — including the interpretation systems, personalisation models, profile generation processes, and applied artificial intelligence architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Skycode.today.
Reverse engineering, reproduction, copying, adaptation, or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, of Arkano.online's methodology is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed and for what purposes, but does not disclose — and is not required to disclose — the technical means by which processing is carried out.
Personal data processed by Arkano.online is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Sharing occurs exclusively in the following cases:
The names and technical specifications of infrastructure partners are not disclosed in this document for operational security and intellectual property protection reasons.
We do not sell your personal information. This applies to all users, including California residents under the CCPA.
To deliver the service, some data processing may occur on servers located outside of the United States. In such cases, Skycode.today ensures that the partners involved adopt safeguards consistent with applicable privacy law requirements for international transfers.
Data is retained for the period strictly necessary to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations. After that period, it is securely and irreversibly deleted.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting: contact@arkano.online. Requests will be responded to within 15 business days.

Arkano.online uses browser local storage (localStorage) exclusively to maintain the consultation flow between session steps and to recognise returning users, avoiding unnecessary repetition of already-provided data. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set in the current version of the platform.
Any future integration with audience measurement tools will be communicated through an update to this Policy and will require appropriate disclosure and, where required by law, your consent.

This page exists to be honest with you — not to bury you in legal language.
Why do we ask for your email?
Only to confirm you're a real person — not a bot. After that verification, your email address is not stored in a readable form. It's converted into a one-way cryptographic hash: a code that lets the system recognise you when you return, but from which no one — not even us — can recover the original email.
Why do we ask for your name and date of birth?
These are the same details any oracle, astrologer, or divination tradition has always asked for before a reading. Your name and birth date are the foundation of the numerological calculation and the position of the planets at the moment you were born. The quality of what you share is directly proportional to the depth of the reading you receive.
You can use anonymous mode — but in that case the system works only with your question and the cards drawn, without any real symbolic connection to you. Answers may be less precise.
What you write is seen by no one. Not even us.
Your questions, feelings, and readings exist only between you and the system. No person has access to what you share or receive — we cannot read it, store it, or retrieve it. When it's over, it's gone.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
