By accessing or using Arkano.online (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skycode.today ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Arkano.online. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
Arkano.online is an AI-assisted symbolic guidance platform that provides personalized tarot readings and reflective analyses using a proprietary methodology. The Service combines artificial intelligence with symbolic interpretation systems exclusively developed and owned by Skycode.today.
Important: The readings and analyses provided by Arkano.online are symbolic, reflective, and advisory in nature only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. The Service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.
Arkano.online does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or prediction from the use of this Service. Any decisions you make based on content generated by the platform are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing Arkano.online, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and delete any associated data.
You also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Arkano.online does not use traditional account registration with passwords. Access is granted after identity verification via a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email address. This verification confirms that access is made by a real person and prevents automated or abusive use of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access and for all activities that occur under your session. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@arkano.online if you suspect unauthorized use of your session or account.
Your identity on the platform is linked to an anonymized, irreversible cryptographic hash of your email address. Your original email address is not stored in readable form.
Access to readings on Arkano.online requires credits. New users receive a limited number of complimentary credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased through the platform.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize the stated charge to your payment method. Arkano.online does not store your card number, CVV, or any other sensitive payment information.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
To request a refund for any of the above reasons, contact us at contact@arkano.online within 14 days of the purchase date, including your transaction reference. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for credits that have been used or for dissatisfaction with the content of readings, as the symbolic nature of the Service means outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
All content, methodologies, systems, software, algorithms, interpretive frameworks, visual elements, and other materials comprising Arkano.online are the exclusive intellectual property of Skycode.today, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKYCODE.TODAY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skycode.today and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited in cases of termination due to violations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@arkano.online and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice within the platform interface on your next visit, and by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skycode.today regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
